  • Check-in is after 4pm. Check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
  • Self check-in/check-out available.

Property Access

  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
  • Home is located roughly 7 miles from The Lodges at Eagles Nest main gate.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV. Secure an ATV rental while staying in The Lodges at Eagles Nest. For information about ATV rentals please visit: offroadadventuresnc
  • Guests must supply their own sports equipment for use on the ball fields and sports courts.

Policies and Rules

  • Dogs are welcome for an additional rent of $25 per night per pet. Max of two, mature dogs.
  • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • Minimum age: Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Four night minimum for major holidays. Minimum night stay and rates may vary by season and subject to change without notice.
  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Fees and Payments

  • Dogs are welcome for an additional rent of $25 per night per pet. Max of two, mature dogs.
  • All rentals at The Lodges at Eagles Nest are subject to a $50 - $200 amenity access fee, depending on number of guests a home sleeps, in order to maintain the facilities and features that guests have access to. Some amenities at The Lodges at Eagles Nest are seasonal and/or subject to certain hours of operation.
  • The Lodges at Eagles Nest offers a series of concerts open to all guests, with an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each. HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p. Sat & Sun 1p-7p. Please note all visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
  • All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
  • Towels and linens will be provided.
  • Hair dryer is provided.
  • Washer and dryer available.
  • Dishwasher, oven, stove, toaster, ice-maker, and TV available.
  • BBQ grill and tennis courts available.
  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector provided.

  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.

Additional Important Details

  • Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
  • Some amenities at The Lodges at Eagles Nest are seasonal and/or subject to certain hours of operation.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Cancellation Policy

  • CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
